had to go to Hotel Rendezvous for this year’s awards and promos ceremony. supposed to meet up with Noel to train to Dhoby Ghaut but she had a fever so i had to go there myself): oh well. get well soon yeah, Noel! anyway, met up with Yirui and Huiling then walked to the hotel. i didn’t know that the hotel was damn near la. lol
my job scope wasn’t really difficult. mainly to usher guests to their tables before the start of the ceremony and help to find the award recipients.
after the buffet, it was the NCOs’ promotion. woohoo! we got promoted leh! good job people! got our new ranks, then our individual head of ops team put on the ranks for us. ops team 4 and 5 kinda have a combined one coz our teams are pretty small. haha.
after the whole thing, we, 0908, had difficulty deciding where to go. we ended up at Cathay Cineleisure, which is just a few hundred metres away. there, we wasted more time just to decide on what movie to watch *sian*. Finally chose 17 again.
